Kenny Powers withdrawl

I miss Kenny Powers.   I didn’t expect to enjoy Eastbound & Down when my boyfriend flipped it on six weeks ago, but I was instantly hooked.   I’m so pissed that the season finale was Sunday, and I’m even more pissed that there’s no guarantee that Kenny will be back for another season!   Fingers crossed for season 2 of Eastbound & Down.

Clean and comfy

I was thumbing through one of those grocery checkout line magazines and was totally excited (yea I shouldn’t type that) to see slippers that dust!   YES, now my lazy morning shuffling can actually remove the dust bunnies!   Love it…and yes I realize JUST how nerdy that makes me sound.  You can score the Dust Mop Slippers for the LOW LOW LOW (that’s my infomercial speak) of $6.95.

Mission: find lookalikes to Reese Witherspoon’s Balenciaga pumps

When I saw photos of Reese Witherspoon at the premiere of Monsters vs. Aliens I was instantly drawn to her Balenciaga pumps. 

Absolutely adorable, and definitely $1,045…not so easy during a recession.   I’m on the hunt for another knockoff, this one is definitely going to be tricky…peep toe that are grey and yellow, we’ll see.   So far I’ve found these (definitely not spot on, but we’ll get there)
